The 41st Olympia International Art & Antiques Fair, starting on June 6, attracted over 30,000 visitors from all over the world, with queues that stretched along the side of the impressive grand hall of Olympia Exhibition Centre.
180 specialist dealers from the UK and abroad exhibited a majestic mix of their best pieces of the year at London's most established international marketplace for art and antiques.
Highlights included Hepplewhite furniture, contemporary Chinese sculpture, Lowry paintings, Miro lithographs,1920s alligator handbags, Cartier jewellery, a silver dish owned by Admiral Lord Nelson, a 15th century Giambologna bronze statue, objects from the grand tour and more.
Lady Helen Taylor, Jemima Khan, Lily Cooper and Terence Stamp were all spotted walking the aisles, as well as other notable guests including HRH Princess Michael of Kent, the Qatari royal family and esteemed Hollywood production designer, Dante Ferretti looking for props for the forthcoming Cinderella film.
